As the owner of Suddenly Simple, I am so excited to share my passion of order and simplicity with Middle Tennessee. I love to put things in order. People that know me would describe me as a planner, an efficiency fanatic, a minimalist, a suitcase packing perfectionist, and perpetual organizer. An organized space is my happy place, and nothing brings me greater joy than making a client's space stylishly functional!
Our Move to Los Angeles
I was born and raised in Murfreesboro, Tennessee with no plans to ever leave. And in 2014 I met the perfect guy, my Joey! Everyone says your life changes when you get married, but I never knew how true that would be for me. Three weeks in to marriage, my husband was stationed with the Air Force in Los Angeles. Suddenly, I found myself 2,000 miles away from everything and everyone I had ever known, starting a brave new adventure with my best friend. Although I was terrified, this new phase of my life was exactly what I never knew I needed.
Years of Experience
It took a couple of months, but I was determined to step outside of my comfort zone to discover my passion. After taking multiple personality and career tests online, one thing kept being brought to my attention...ORGANIZING! My first thought was, "I wish that was a career! How awesome would that be?" Well, turns out...it's really a thing! And more importantly, it's MY thing! Suddenly, I felt like I had been preparing for this career my whole life without even knowing. In my two years in LA I gained experience working for many high-end clients in Los Angeles. We are now back and settled in Middle Tennessee and I have been proudly serving my hometown for the last 7 years!

Organizing Assistant & Inventory Specialist

Ann joined the Suddenly Simple team in the fall of 2018. She is known among the team members for her folding and cleaning abilities. But if you asked her, she would be most proud of her role as "team mom"! In fact, she happens to be the proud mother of Suddenly Simple owner, Leigh Achenbach. She enjoys meeting our clients and helping them with their organizing needs. Prior to Suddenly Simple, Ann was employed as an Administrative Aide for the City of Murfreesboro at Old Fort Golf Course for 30 years. She and her husband, Tracy, reside in Murfreesboro. They enjoy traveling and spending time with Leigh and her husband Joey, their son Chad and his wife Phoebe, and their three grandsons Clark, Boone, and Oliver.

Amy finds it a joy to be serving with the Suddenly Simple team. She enjoys every minute of helping others and bringing spaces to life. Having traveled all around the world for many years, home has become a precious sanctuary to her. She has somehow always found herself back in her hometown, and she loves the community in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. Her favorite activities include home edits, spending time outside, serving others, being with family, watching sports, and, of course, organizing!

Anna is the newest member of the Suddenly Simple team. With over 13 years of experience in the real estate industry—5 as a dedicated assistant and 8 as a licensed Realtor—Anna developed a deep passion for homes, from how they're bought and sold to how they’re lived in. She and her husband have four daughters and reside in beautiful Franklin, TN. When she is not working, she loves hiking, going to estate sales with her husband, visiting local coffee shops, and most of all - she loves diving into DIY projects and home renovations. She believes in the power of creativity and how a well-organized space can bring peace and clarity to everyday life. Anna is always eager to learn something new, and take on challenges.
Executive Assistant/Lead Organizer

Sabrina has a heart for making others feel loved and seen, the very thing she's found a career in at Suddenly Simple. She has had a wondrous passion for organizing since the ripe age of 8! Although her parents were a bit less thrilled after finding she'd decluttered THEIR closet in the spirit of "well, it didn't bring me joy." Needless to say, finding and joining Suddenly Simple has fulfilled a life-long hobby and longing. After just getting married and moving to Murfreesboro with her husband, Caleb, Sabrina is excited to use her bachelor's degree in business and marketing to assist Leigh and the team. Her main objective is to continue creating meaningful client experiences through quality interactions, for she believes it is only through this that any business can continue to thrive.

Laura has a passion for organization and believes the beauty is in the details. With a background in visual merchandising and retail, her passion was utilized to create compelling and enticing product displays. Simplifying and organizing came in handy at her former corporate merchandising job, where she streamlined the office's sample room with over 3,000 products, then created a reference sheet for coworkers to find the sample they needed. Having this background, plus a desire to help others, she was excited to try her hand at professional organization. She looks forward to helping clients create simplified, beautiful spaces that take stress out of their lives. As a working mom of two she understands just how meaningful that can be.

Jessica believes an organized space can create more than just order—it can create a sense of peace and ease in everyday life. While she newer to the professional organizing world, she brings a vibrant energy, a thoughtful approach, and a genuine willingness to roll up her sleeves and get to work.
People who know her would describe her as intentional, thoughtful, and someone who genuinely listens. She loves understanding what someone needs and creating a practical plan to make their space work better for their life. Her goal is to make the organizing process approachable and encouraging while creating more calm and simplicity in the everyday.
When she is not organizing, you’ll likely find her enjoying the outdoors or riding her motorcycle. She loves experiences that get her out, keep her moving, and remind her to enjoy the journey along the way.
